Tired of receiving emails you don’t want? Gmail makes it simple to block unwanted senders and keep your inbox clutter-free. Here’s how you can block someone on Gmail in just a few clicks:
On Desktop:
- Open Gmail: Log in to your Gmail account.
- Find the Email: Open the email from the person you want to block.
- Access Options:
- Click on the three vertical dots (More menu) in the top-right corner of the email.
- Block the Sender:
- Select “Block [Sender’s Name]” from the dropdown menu.
- A confirmation box will appear. Click “Block” to confirm.
After this, all future emails from the blocked sender will be automatically sent to your spam folder.
On Mobile (Gmail App):
- Open Gmail App: Launch the Gmail app on your phone.
- Locate the Email: Tap on the email from the sender you want to block.
